Amazing engraving and customer service! March 6, 2018 Reviewer: Mellissa from Clarksville, TN   I contemplated between the Brushed Tungsten Carbide Wedding Band & Beveled Edges and the black version. I decided on the regular one and got exactly what I was looking for: gray! The only thing that I wish it had is the black inside for a better engraving visibility. The engraving looks like the center of the ring (dull texture) on the shiny beveled edged surface. If it was on a black inside I'd imagine the engraving comes out more visibly. Once I received the ring and it fit him perfectly I sent it to get it engraved (chose option "send ring without engraving first" So glad I did since original ring size was not the right fit for him). What I wanted engraved was an image. I contacted them about what file format they wanted since I didn't find that info, sent them a high res of the image and the engraving came out perfectly!!!
