Wedding band and customer service July 15, 2022 Reviewer: Sharon Pulice from Austin, TX United States   I only gave you a 4 star rating because,  although I love your product (my ring), your customer service does not meet the same standards as your product. I ordered and paid for 2 of the same ring but only received 1 ring. The order/packing information page inside the package clearly states that there should be 2 rings. Plus I have already sent you 2 typed messages, because you won't give a telephone number so that I can speak to a  person to clear up this matter. I still have not received any response other than this review request from you.  Also, my name and address has changed since  my previous order, but your site didn't allow me to change that information because I still use the same email address. Love this new ring! And this website!
