Excellent Quality and Customer Service February 3, 2020 Reviewer: Tia Ruark from Lima, OH United States   We originally ordered a ring for my husband in Sept. 2014. It still looks brand new, but is too big. I wanted to surprise him on our 5th anniversary with a new band. I had to call customer service to see if they could tell me what size his original ring was so I could size down the new one and they were so helpful. My husband’s new ring is perfect! Wonderful Ring and Service June 21, 2017 Reviewer: Julia from BAILEY, CO United States   We knew right away that we wanted a tungsten wedding band for my fiance, and this one could not have turned out more perfect! We received the ring within a week or ordering, and when we found that it fit perfectly, we sent it back for engraving. I was even able to change the text that I had originally ordered.
