      How much is my shipping?

      Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please note that if you choose FedEx for a PO Box Shipping address, we will convert the shipping method to the USPS equivalent of the FedEx method you selected, as FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. For international customers, please note that your country may charge tax & duty or import fees in addition to the shipping charges. Taxes & duties are included in the shipping price quoted at checkout.

      When will my Order Ship?

      Orders placed before 1pm Eastern time Monday thru Friday - excluding Holidays (see list of Holidays below) for in-stock items will generally ship that day. Orders with Custom Engraving require 2-5 business days additional processing time, so if you place your order before 1pm Eastern, your engraved ring will ship 2-5 business days later. If you need faster custom engraving processing, please contact us to make arrangements. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. This does not apply to custom order rings, which require additional processing time to ship.

      If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified promptly via the email address you provide during checkout. Please make sure to add [email protected] to your email address book, as many email providers (especially the free services such as yahoo.com and hotmail.com) will send our messages to you JUNK/SPAM folder if our email address is not in your address book or approved senders list.

      What days do you process and ship orders?

      We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday excluding the following Holidays:

      When will I receive my order?

      That is largely dependent on what shipping method you select during checkout. For your convenience we have several different shipping methods available, all of which can be seen in a dropdown menu on the cart page after you have entered your shipping address. Once you've made your shipping method selection, an estimated delivery date will appear below the shipping method dropdown in the shopping cart & at checkout.
      **USPS shipping methods are not guaranteed, the shipping times quoted for USPS shipping are estimates. For guaranteed ship times, please use FedEx.

      Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?

      We ship to many countries around the world. To find out what your shipping cost would be, please add your item to the cart and once you enter your ship to address, your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed along with estimated delivery times. Please note that your country may charge you tax & duty or import fees in addition to the shipping charges. Tungsten Affinity is not responsible for any fees related to importing, tax, duty, or customs. TIP: If you choose FEDEX as your international shipping carrier, duties & taxes are included in the shipping cost.

      Shipping Insurance

      Tungsten Affinity offers the option to have your package insured for an additional $4.95. Insured orders require signature confirmation. If you are not present at the time of attempted delivery a note will be left with further instructions on how to obtain your package. Customer will be responsible for any cost incurred by Tungsten Affinity for insured items which are undeliverable as addressed or delivery is refused, including but not limited to shipping and handling charges.**Shipping insurance is required for orders totaling over $400.

      What if my package is lost or stolen?

      Tungsten Affinity is not financially responsible for lost or stolen uninsured packages. To protect yourself against lost or stolen packages you may add shipping insurance to any order for an additional $4.95. Insurance may be added at the time your shipping method is selected. Insured orders will be promptly reshipped at no further charge once courier investigation is complete.

      How do I edit my account information?

      Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

      I forgot my password.

      Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

      How do I change or update my payment method?

      Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. After you login, click the Add / Edit / Delete a Payment Method link under the PAYMENT SETTINGS heading

      What ring size should I buy?

      Click Here for a ring sizing tool. Tungsten rings run approximately 1/2 size larger than traditional metals, so if you were sized by a local jeweler as a size 9.5 for example, you would be a size 9.0 in tungsten comfort fit bands.

      How do I know what band width to select?

      Typically mens bands are 8mm or greater in width, whereas womens bands are 7mm and smaller. Balance is the key, for example, a 10mm width in size 5 would most likely not allow you to close your hand into a fist, so that is not a good width & size combination. Another example would be a 5mm size 12 is a width & size combination that we do not manufacture because such a thin band width would be prone to cracking or breaking. If you have questions about what a good width & size combination is, please feel free to contact customer service and we'll be happy to assist you with making the best decision for your ring's width.

      How do I use a coupon?

      After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

      Out of Stock Products

      Most orders received before 1pm PST ship the same day. If a purchased item is out of stock customers will be notified within 24 hours of order acceptance. Customers have the option of canceling the order or modifying the order for an item that is in stock. Once in stock all orders will be shipped via an expedited method to ensure timely delivery.

      Custom OrdersTungsten Affinity offers the ability for customers to to place custom orders. Custom orders a classified under two categories, custom engraving and custom manufacturing/design. Custom engravings can be completed on both the inside and outside of your ring with a variety of images and font styles. Custom design and manufacturing offers the ability create the ring or wedding band which is perfect for you. Custom order inquires may be placed at email. Tungsten Affinity reserves the right to decline custom order requests at their sole discretion.

      Has my order shipped?

      How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

      Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

      How do I track my order?

      Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

      My order never arrived.

      Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

      Order Acceptance Policy

      Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tungsten Affinity reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
