Engraving service requires 5-7 business days additional processing time. Engraved rings are not eligible for standard return or exchange. Even if you've been sized by a jeweler, we recommend trying the ring on first via the "Send without Engraving First" service due the difference in fit of Comfort Fit bands versus Traditional Fit bands. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact us if you have a question or concern.

"Send without Engraving First" service is availabile within the USA only - A prepaid engraving envelope will be included with your ring so you can easily send the ring back for engraving service once you've verified the fit. My wife ordered my ring back near christmas, I'm still trying to get in touch with this company!!!!! Backstory: The size was wrong, so we sent it back for the free resize, & We messed up again so we PAID for the new size and only received what was left of the packaging with a letter instructing us on how to file a claim,  after a couple months we were told the ring was never found. trying to get in touch to get help has m=been beyond a mission

I bought my husband’s ring back in 2016 and his Zirconia fell out. With the lifetime warranty I only had to pay $25 plus shipping to them. Then they replaced the whole ring! It was fast shipping the ring back!
